Carol and Wendell specialize in the sale of resort beach and bay properties on Galveston Island's West End. Wendell also has extensive knowledge in the beachfront condominium market having worked in the Sales Department of Diamond Beach Condominiums. After successful sales careers in the technology industry, they relocated to Galveston in 2005 and made the professional change to real estate sales where they quickly became top producers. Their team success is grounded in their ability to carefully listen to and meet their clients' needs. Their ultimate goal is to make sure all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
Professional Associations include: National Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and Galveston Association of Realtors. They feel that continuing education is vital to their success. Carol is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI). Wendell holds several designations including Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), GREEN, E-PRO, and Short Sale/Foreclosure (SFR).
Apart from real estate, they are both actively involved in their community where they are members of West Isle Presbyterian Church. Carol also serves on the Board of Directors for the Children's Advocacy Center of Galveston County.
Wendell and Carol live in Jamaica Beach where they enjoy boating, golf carting, walking their dog on the beach and monthly poker nights with friends. But all of that is trumped by visits from their three grandchildren during which they explore the Island and enjoy all that Galveston has to offer.
