For more than twenty years, Barbara Frink worked creatively to negotiate deals, solve problems and meet deadlines as co-owner of an award-winning advertising and public relations firm. For the past seven years, these skills have been successfully applied to selling real estate, landing her among the Top 20 real estate agents in Galveston, Texas. Her specialty is resort property on the island’s West End, and she is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).
Barbara's success is grounded in her relentless drive to serve her clients' needs in a highly professional manner. She sticks closely by her clients throughout all phases of the real estate transaction, following through on every last detail. On top of this, she strives to make the transaction experience smooth, relaxed and fun.
Professional associations, both past and present, include: Galveston Association of Realtors, where she has served on the board; Texas Association of Realtors; National Association of Realtors; and the Advertising Club of Fort Worth, board member. Very dear to her is Gulf Coast Big Brothers and Big Sisters where she also has served on the board and as chair of the annual fundraiser, Bowl for Kids' Sake. Other community involvements include board appointments at the University of Houston Friends of Art Board, Food Bank of Greater Tarrant County and Women's Association of Galveston. Barbara also serves on the Foundation Board and Stewardship Committee of Grace Episcopal Church and has donated her time and talents as public relations specialist to benefit Cystic Fibrosis and Habitat for Humanity.
Barbara and her husband David, a professor at the University of Houston, reside in Pirates Cove on West Galveston Island. They both love the island life so much that David doesn't mind the commute to Houston a couple of days a week. Shared hobbies are reading, playing the piano, traveling and eating! Separate hobbies include Barbara's singing and David's golf.
