Carolyn T. Gaido has lived all of her life on the island and has been involved in Galveston’s real estate market for over twenty years. Carolyn’s experience as a Realtor®, combined with an extensive knowledge of resort property qualifies her as an expert in Galveston’s resort real estate. Carolyn has also been named Stewart Title’s Realtor® of the Year several times. In 2005, 2006 and 2007, Carolyn listed and sold more resort property than any other agent on Galveston Island.

Carolyn’s professional association includes the Galveston Association of Realtors®, serving as their secretary for three years, an MLS committee member, Vice-Chairperson of the MLS committee and Program Chairperson; Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). Carolyn has been very active in Galveston’s society, which includes a sustaining membership in The Junior League of Galveston and participating in fund raising for the Galveston’s Children’s Home and the 1894 Grand Opera House. She was the first Chairperson of Project Graduation for Galveston’s Ball High School and is a member of the Historical Foundation, Friends of Rosenberg Library and the historic Galveston Country Club.

Architectural and Interior Design is Carolyn’s love and avocation. She is often occupied in helping clients and local builders with floor plans and interior design for new construction. Her personal hobbies include traveling abroad, quail hunting in South Texas, fishing at her camp house on Galveston’s West Bay, gardening and an occasional Mah-Jongg game with old friends.
