Inside, The Sea Queen greets you with cozy accommodations and thoughtful amenities. The upper level hosts a spacious King bedroom with access to a private deck and a convenient mini fridge. On the main level, a comfortable Queen bedroom and a fun bunk room that the kiddos will adore.

The inviting living room opens onto the large rear deck and features vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and serene canal views through its walls of windows. Relax on the plush seating and unwind with your favorite book or enjoy a movie night on the TV. Adjacent to the living room, the well-equipped kitchen makes budget-friendly meal prep easy with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whip up delicious meals and gather around the dining area, where a table seating 8 overlooks the tranquil canal waters.

Outside, The Sea Queen offers plenty of seating on two decks and a shaded ground level patio. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
