Spacious 2nd row home in Beachside Village! This bright and contemporary vacation home is the perfect place for friends and family to enjoy a relaxing trip together. Featuring comfortable, colorful and eclectic furnishings, the main level boasts an open floor plan with plenty of seating and cool wood floors throughout. Coastal Colors is beautifully appointed for large groups, with upgrades including a mini fridge and an ice maker in the laundry room on the main level. Large, comfortable furniture provides an ideal location for catching up or watching a movie and the dining table easily accommodates ten adults, with additional seating at the kitchen island. Two bedrooms and two baths are found on the main level as well. The first bedroom includes a trundle bunk bed, a single bed and a private bath while the other boasts 2 custom-built bunks and a bathroom that shares access with the hall. The second level is an ideal adult's retreat with 2 king bedrooms, a second living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a private deck. Each king bedroom includes a private bath and takes advantage of beautiful views of the water. One of the bedrooms also has a private, screened porch. The second living area features plush furniture, a mini fridge, and a wine chiller - the perfect place to unwind after a day spent enjoying the sights on the island! Beach access is conveniently located a short walk away, so get ready to spend plenty of time enjoying the feel of sand beneath your feet!

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.
