Single level, beachside and beautiful! This Indian Beach vacation rental has a wall of windows in the living area showcasing great Gulf views as well as colorful artwork that compliments the casual décor. The living area features an open floor plan with comfortable furnishing – perfect for relaxing conversation or movie nights for the kids or adults. A wet bar is a welcome amenity since it leaves the kitchen free for the chefs in the family. When dinner is ready, the dining table seats six and there’s room for three more people at the kitchen counter. When you’re ready to recover from a long day in the sunshine and fresh air you can choose from a queen bedroom, pyramid bunk bedroom, or master suite. The queen and king bedrooms both have direct access to the deck, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious deck offers covered and uncovered space, providing a relaxing setting to appreciate the wonderful Gulf views. When you’re ready for the sand and surf just walk a couple doors down to the dune walkover and enjoy all the coast has to offer!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Kim, at Sand 'N Sea saved our vacation for us when we couldn't stay at our original destination. She found something much better for us. All of the staff were so nice and helpful to us. Ferrell Family, Spring, Texas 08/01/2011 Decked Out was an excellent location, beach was sparsely populated, quiet, just what we were looking for as a family vacation. The kitchen was amply supplied with glassware, pots and pans, and cutlery. The dishwasher worked very well, oven needs adjustment to temperature. We had a wonderful time, lots of good memories were made, and excellent photos. Very nice beach house.
