Spacious beachfront with beautiful Gulf views! With a wall of windows facing the Gulf of Mexico, you won�t miss the outstanding views available from either level of this spacious beachfront vacation rental. An open floor plan on the main level includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas so everyone can be included in the fun! A comfortable seating area features a large flat-screen TV that is perfect for movie night. A large island and granite counter tops throughout the kitchen create plenty of space for the chef and his/her helper to prepare a wonderful of meal of fresh Gulf seafood. After a day of great eating and sunshine you can retire to your choice of three king bedrooms while the children drift off in the bunk bedroom. Two full levels of deck offer protection from the sun as well as a great place to work on your tan. When you�re ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is just a few feet away!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

TX 11/14/2011 Great property. We stayed with four toddlers.
Maggie, Houston, Texas 10/11/2011 This was our second stay in this property. It's a great layout for adult friends with a handful of children. We were four adult sets with two kids (one of the 'adult sets' slept in the bunk room with the kids). The built-in in the living area has toys for younger children, and the decorative shelves in the dining area have playing cards. The master suite on the main level was pretty quiet, even when folks were talking in the living area. Comfy couches, a large table for eating/game playing, and lots of deck furniture make this unit one that we'll probably rent again. As of Oct. 2011, the house needs some minor maintenance, but is otherwise in great repair.

Though Miramar Beach is further down than we initially wanted, it was a bonus as the beach was not crowded. The view was fantastic. We would rent this property again.
