The kitchen is centrally located in the open floor plan so the cooks wonï¿½t miss any of the action. Comfortably upholstered living room furniture provides ample seating for everyone to relax and enjoy conversation or a board game night with the kids. When youï¿½re ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is only a short walk away!

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galvestonï¿½s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ï¿½N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

My family has stayed in Stilted Pleasure 3 summers in a row, with a 4th stay booked for 2011. The privacy and view from the covered back porch are a big plus. Awesome kitchen, comfy beds, new fridge, Pirates Beach location. And my little dog loves it too! It doesn't get much better than this.
