Beachside house on a quiet cul-de-sac in Pirates Beach! This updated vacation home is perfect for multiple families! On the main level you'll find two bedrooms featuring king beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed and pyramid bunk - great for the kids or teenagers. There is a private suite on the ground level, with a separate entrance, that boasts a king size bed, full bathroom and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator - ideal for any light sleepers or limited mobility members of your family! Multiple televisions, DVD players, and a stereo will provide plenty of entertainment in the cool air conditioning but it will be hard to resist the large deck space with its great view. Plenty of deck furniture on this gated deck means everyone will have their choice of place to enjoy a cool beverage after a day at the beach. On the ground level, there is an enclosed outdoor shower and a large paved area with picnic tables, outdoor patio furniture and a grill for those steaks, fish, hamburgers, or family crab boils. When you're ready for the beach, it's only a short walk away!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Amir Family; Riverside, CA. 03/17/2012 although it rained most of the time we were there, and the problems with the shower downstairs, and the lack of any rugs down there, we all actually really loved the place. the beds were pretty comfortable, thats a great plus right there, plenty of pillows ,blankets ect. kitchen had everything we needed +. the outdoor furnishings were excellent, loved the hammock!! lots of lounges, tables & chairs, outdoor fan, beautiful deck and an awesome view. there were 4 couples and 1 child so the bedroom set up was great for us, 3 king bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen , two twins with trundles so you could sleep a few more children if you needed to . plenty of space for everyone. even had some toys and a wagon in the landry room for hauling goods to the beach. someone wrote on a review we read, maybe not the prettiest house on the block, but a great comfortable place to stay with family and friends. if they would fix that shower in the lil apt. downstairs and maybe update some of the older appliances(they did all work), I would rate this a 4 star stay!!

Mary, Houston TX 02/07/2012 Just a short walk to the beach, nice view of the water from the living area. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Downstairs apartment is isolated and has a totally separate entrance--we did not use it for these reasons.
