Positioned on the upper level, the living/dining/kitchen area is perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the spectacular Gulf views. The living area has comfortable seating, a large plasma TV and a stereo system, making it great for movie night or just catching up with your friends and family. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a separate beverage refrigerator. The upper level includes a bedroom that's perfect for the kids - it has a pyramid bunk bed with trundle. One the middle level you'll find two spacious king bedrooms and another pyramid bunk bedroom - each with a private bathroom. When you are ready for some time outdoors, take advantage of the walking and cycling paths, and miles of beaches!

NOTE: The dune crossover is located 8 properties down from Spontaneous.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

It was country at the beach. The beach house provided for all of our needs, from a 3 year old granddaugher to young and older adults. The kitchen was unusually well stocked with equiptment. We had a very enjoyable experience at Spontaneous.
Kegge, Houston, TX 03/21/2012 Spontaneous was a lovely vacation house with plenty of room for 2 families. It was so helpful to have a bathroom with every room. The short walk from the house to the dune crossover was really not an issue - took less than 5 minutes even with multiple small children in tow. Sand N Sea was also very attentive, with phone calls to make sure everything was to our liking. When we mentioned that the grill had quite a lot of debris on it, a new one was delviered within about 3 hours. The beach was nice and quiet, even during spring break. A very enjoyable vacation!
