This homeï¿½s location in Spanish Grant makes it great for day trips to Schlitterbahn, the Strand or a seafood dinner on Seawall Boulevard. When youï¿½re ready to get some sand in between your toes, the beach is easily accessible, just across the neighborhood road!

At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Perfect house for 8 - 10. Beach is cleaned early each morning. Close to office and close to town and grocery stores.

The service was great. We had a trash issue that was fixed immediately. Also we had an issue with a bunk bed where the screws came loose during the night and the bed shifted. I called next morning and this was fixed that afternoon. Great service!!

We really enjoyed this property. The openness of the floor plan allowed for a large group to be comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and our favorite feature was the deck especially in the evenings.
