High ceilings and beautiful views! This beachfront Galveston vacation rental features cool hardwood and tile floors, an open floor plan, and multiple windows showcasing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. Comfortable living room furniture and a dining table that seats eight make socializing and dining a breeze. The bedrooms are all colorfully furnished, and each bedroom has its own television unit. On the main level you'll find the king master bedroom and private bath while the upper level has a bunk bed room and a large loft with king size bed. Down on the ground level there's a wooden deck and a picnic table that's perfect for setting up the cooler and snacks on. You'll be sure to need them since the beach only steps away!

NOTE: There is Beach Access parking available in front of Tara by the Sea.

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galveston's Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand `N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Tara by the Sea! Our youngest son even cried when we told him it was time to head back home - he wanted to stay forever!

This house has awesome mattresses - even on the bunk beds. We had adults in the bunk beds and they slept comfortably. The loft is like a separate master suite with its own patio. Two couples can share without one feeling "slighted" (I prefer the loft).

Our stay at "Tara by the Sea" was an excellent vacation experience. The property was clean and comfortable. The staff at "Sand N Sea Properties" did a great job of taking care of our needs and answered all our questions.

I wish someone had gone over the pool and pier access with us when we checked in, we did not know we did not have a key to the pool until we tried to go. We were never told about the pier. The house itself was wonderful very nice and loved the view! --Message from Manager-- We apologize for the oversight! Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
