Katie became a proud resident of Galveston in 2019, drawn by its charm and vibrant community. Transitioning from a successful career in dentistry, where she served as a dental hygienist in Houston, Austin, and her beloved Galveston for over two decades, Katie seamlessly transitioned into real estate. Her innate passion for helping others now extends to assisting individuals in finding their dream homes or selling their properties. 

Originally hailing from neighboring Louisiana, Katie pursued her education at LSU, earning a degree in Allied Health, before furthering her studies at Georgia State University to become a dental hygienist. Despite her strong Cajun roots, Katie embraced Texas in 2002 and has since been deeply involved in each of the communities she has called home since then. 

Dedicated to giving back, Katie actively serves her church parish and Holy Family Catholic School, where her daughter attends, contributing her time and expertise to various planning committees and boards. She's also committed to preserving Galveston's rich history, volunteering with the Galveston Historical Foundation and supporting local small businesses. Additionally, Katie is involved with Galveston's City Council members, aiding them in their campaigns and contributing to initiatives that enhance our community's well-being. 

Katie's enthusiasm for Galveston's heritage shines through in every interaction, and she's currently pursuing certification as a Tourism Ambassador for the island. Understanding that every client's needs are unique, Katie offers personalized attention and stays abreast of developments through continuing education courses and active participation in local events. 

Family-oriented, Katie takes pride in her two grown sons and daughter, who are woven into the fabric of Galveston's community. She believes the island is an extraordinary place to call home, and truly enjoys helping the community grow and change with every real estate transaction.
