Susan discovered Galveston during college while working at a nearby children’s camp. The call of the sea and the beach had always been strong, and upon graduation, Susan made the Houston/Galveston area her forever home. 

After earning her MBA from the University of Houston, Susan’s career path included jobs as a teacher, systems analyst, and corporate trainer. Her professional expertise is built on a solid foundation of organizational skills, technology expertise and customer service knowledge. 

Susan now applies the same business acumen and analytical skills to her real estate career. Finding customized solutions to complicated problems allow her to analyze market trends and find client-specific solutions for every situation.

Susan specializes in buyers that are new to the island or Texas as a whole. As an experienced Texas transplant herself, she knows first-hand how important it is to share her coastal knowledge and identify local resources that will help you to buy or sell your beach, bay, canal, midtown or historic property.

Susan is a licensed Texas REALTOR® and has earned the designations of: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

Susan sits on the Board of the Williams-Borden Neighborhood Association in Midtown and is passionate about Island restaurants, beach décor, seaside salvage, local antiques and vintage finds.
