Spacious, contemporary bay front home with spectacular views of Galveston Bay. Panoramic Point provides just that: panoramic views of the Bay and everything you need for outdoor Island living. On the ground level, you’ll find an outdoor dining table and rocking chairs. The main level deck sits above the boat slips; it is beautifully sited to take advantage of the views and there’s deck furniture just waiting to be used for early morning coffee or late afternoon beverages and sunsets. And you can park your “ride” nearby! Two boat slips are available for use. Indoors, the roomy living area features cool Mexican slate tile throughout and a wall of windows which bring the outdoors inside. An open floor plan – the kitchen, living and dining areas flow together seamlessly – makes congregating easy and comfortable. The kitchen has all stainless appliances, a separate oven, broiler and microwave and a stove top with 5 burners. The dining area has a formal dining table seating six as well as casual bar seating for four. With its king master bedroom (with a sitting area and a wall of windows highlighting Galveston Bay views) two queens and a bunk bedroom - and a TV in each bedroom - this house is ideal for two or three families vacationing together. The king and queen bedrooms are located on the main level and located on the ground level is the bunk bedroom complete with its own bathroom – a great getaway for the kids!
